Mary Zheng (郑美妮) is a first-generation Chinese American writer, singer-songwriter, and licensed social worker. Most recently, she participated in Survivor 48.

She has a Master of Social Work from University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology & Chinese from Grinnell College. She has worked at methadone clinics, suicide hotlines, domestic violence shelters, bereavement nonprofits, and homeless shelters.

She will begin her mental health private practice in January 2026.
